Dear friend,

Welcome to Grossbusters Carpet Cleaning's blog website for the Lacey area! My partner Sarah and I built this business on a foundation of outstanding customer service and superior cleaning. Since then, we have become one of the most reputable, well-known cleaning services in the Lacey, Washington area. We are located on Golden Eagle Loop SE in Olympia, WA 98513.

Unlike most carpet cleaning business owners who use employees, managers, supervisors, vice presidents, marketing directors, media consultants, regional managers, customer service representatives and other staff to hide behind, we choose to make relationships directly with you. We are an owner-operated company which means there are no middle-men between us and you. We fully stand behind every single carpet that we clean. If you are unsatisfied with our work in any way, we will personally do whatever is necessary to make it right. That is not something that every carpet cleaning business can offer. If one of their technicians makes a mistake, then is sent back to your home to correct his error, he is going to do the absolute bare minimum in order to satisfy his boss' request. Chances are, he does not care about your carpet; he just wants his paycheck.

In addition to being carpet cleaners, we are outdoor enthusiasts who love living in the Pacific Northwest. We enjoy hiking, camping, biking, and many other fitness activities. These help us to stay in shape to do our job. If you don’t already know, carpet cleaning is hard work. We enjoy going to eat at small, local, "hole-in-the-wall" restaurants, watching movies, playing with our pets, watching sports, and going on road trips. Some of the most fun we have is when we are just hanging around the house barbecuing and spending time with friends and family.
